january recap

so today was the last day i was going to put in time at the tables so instead of having a new years post and an end of the month post i decided to break them up.

so the last week turned out decent for me and ive come to realize a few things esspecially playing 3/5 nl. to start the month off i was going through what seemed to be pretty standard varriance mixed with me getting back into the hang of things and readjusting to the live poker scene and not have been playing for the previous 6 months. although it felt like i was able to adjust pretty quickly i was having a lot of ups and downs in my sessions and for the first 3 weeks i was breaking even which im pretty certain was just varriance. this last week went more decent than the first and i started to show results and im ending the month exactly 2000$ in profit. when i first started playing this month i stated that 3000 should be a decent monthly average and then after a week went by i gave my self a goal for the month to get 2000 and then the more days that went by the more i just wanted to end the month with just a little profit and then this week happend and i was able to land on my original goal. i still think that 3000 is a decent monthly average but the numbers can be tweaked a bit depending on varriables of course. i think if your running well and putting in decent volume then 5000 would be a verry profitable month and if your running mediocre and still putting in a lot of volume than 4000 should be obtainable and of course if your not running so hot or not putting in that much volume than 3000 or less is probablly the right figure. of course it all depends on the varriables and conditions but thats just my basic thaughts on how the numbers would come out.

now im going to talk about somthing that ive been thinking about for the last week. i put in 24 sessions this month and it came out to 159 hours with 2000 in profit which is right around 5500 hands and turns out to be 12.50$ an hour. of course 5500 hands isnt much of a sample so i wont hesitate on my dollar per hour amount. what i really wanted to get at was through the whole month i only had one huge winning day where i booked a 2100$ win right after a downswing. i also destinctively remembering having a stack of 1200-1500 several times and i would say atleast 7 or 8 sessions ive had a stack of 1200 the thing is almost every single time ive had a stack where
ive had 300bb's on the table i end up losing like half of it before the night was over. it got to the point to where i was saying night after night "i should have just picked up and left when i had 1500". the thing of it was that i was more focused in putting in the hours and was really aiming for 8 hours a night on average so i would usually always leave at midnight. although i do believe poker is one long session, each individual session is different with a different table vibe and varriables. so this next month when i reach 1200-1500 and the next hour after that is a little dull or slow im going to pick up and end the session not even worrying about how much time i put in. if i would have done that this last month i would be sitting with at least 4000$ in profit and not 2000$. i think the only time im going to stay on the table with more money than that is if i know im running hot and the table has a lot of profitable spots. so if this next month turns out either super positive or super bad ill rethink my approach but i have a feeling it will go better than this last month. also taking this approach will give me more time to practice my pick up game. i dont really have anything to input about my pick up becasue i didnt do any and was just focused on poker this last week. tomorrow is new years eve and i plan on going out and running a lot of solid game. i was thinking about going to this big party at the bottom of the space needle but i think it will be sold out so ill probablly just hit the downtown strip area. i guess one thing did happen though. after christmas one of the girls whos numbers i got when i first got here texted me after not talking for a couple weeks. we ended texting for a few more days and i suggested we have a movie night either at her place or mine and she seemed down with it so next week might be fun. this girl was the one who seemed pretty conservative and i dont like the idea of trying to get intimate with a girl if shes really conservative like that but i do need to increase my female social circle and she is cute so she can help me with that. i also got a new 55" flat screen t.v. which is sick and my apartment is pretty much all set the only thing is that i stream netflix onto my t.v. and my laptop is now a little old and laggy so it lags a little which is lame so maybe it will break and force me to buy a new one but we'll see. i made up a graph of my sessions on cardplayer.com but it doesnt allow you to save it as a picture so i cant transfer it on to here the next post i do i might add a graph that i make myself if it turns out looking ok. anyways in a few days ill have a fun post on my newyears and everything to deal with next year and this year and i will also be re-doing my blog design so stay tuned for that cosmonauts.

getting aquainted

alright, so last time i said things werent going so hot in poker and i was breaking even pretty much the whole month and i wasnt putting that much effort into the female attraction part of my life either. well things have improved a little only slightly though for now.

to start i will say merry christmas of course. so poker over the last week was a little bit of a ride the first 3 days i lost like 4 buyins and then the last 4 days have been decent and now im sitting up 800$ for the month. i first wanted to try and make 1500 this month but seeing how its going ill take whatever i get as long as its positive. im not going to play today but i plan on putting in a bit of volume for the remaining days of the month to try and win a little more. now after playing at this specific casino for about a month i have come to like and dislike certain things. one thing i particularly like is playing with a lot of the same people. i never thaught i would like playing with "regs" but what i found is that after playing with a lot of players for a while you figure out how they play and you can play against it which you cant really do so much when your sitting down with somone youve never played. there are still a lot of losing players and losing regs so its just a matter of figuring out there play and countering it. so givin the fact that i had to move into my apartment this month, get everything set up, deal with the holidays, and get readjusted to live poker again im ok with how my results are going. i still do feel like i wasnt running that well for the whole month but ill recap my month next week when i do the monthly review.

the female aspect of my life has been about the same. nothing too exciting as of yet. although i am becoming more involved in improving it. im starting to get more eager to want to improve my results just like i was when i first started playing poker. im putting in a lot of effort understanding how "game" works and really delving into the study of it. just like poker though you can study it all you want but your not going to win at it if you dont go out and use it. this last week i went out to run some day game a couple times i did a couple approaches but they werent anything special. when friday came around i was really hyped to go to seattle and run some night game and try some new things. i went to a couple new clubs which i quickly found out i didnt like so i went to the club that i had been to before and being that it was 2 days before christmas there wasnt a whole lot to choose from i did see a couple girls that i talked to for about 15 minutes but after interacting with them i found out they werent really my type. i was texting a guy i worked with and sayed he was up the street about a mile at an area called bell town. so i drove up there to try and meet up with him. we never did meet up but im glad he told me about the area cause it lookes like a lot better of an area to run night game cause the street is lined with bars and ultra lounges. he was talking about going out for new years so i might do that with him. this next week will probablly be pretty slow in the female department because i really want to put time in on poker to try and get a little more results

and in about a week of course is new years. im actually pretty excited for it. not just new years eve but the whole new year its self ive got some pretty determining new years goals and motivations so next week ill will have some decent content in it untill then stay tuned cosmonauts

in the middle

well now that i have internet set up i should be posting every sunday again if not a couple times a week. i can pretty much sum this week from the last time i posted in one word.. mehhh. ill start with life/pick-up and then poker

so life i suppose is going pretty steady which is the only thing thats showing results at the moment unfortunitly. my workout is going pretty smooth so the first week is over, i dont know how long ill work out for this time but it will probablly be somwhere between 12-16 weeks again with the last like 6 weeks being diet/muscle toning part of the work out. i think i said this last post but i baught a new couch this week and ill be picking it up this thursday so im pretty stoked about that, after i get my couch im going to get a bigscreen tv and then my apartment will be ready to start bringing the girls home... using the chloroform approach of course ;). so spreaking of picking up girls this week has been pretty hit and miss with a lot more misses than hits. the guy that i met here who is also a pua invited me to a going away party for one of his friends on friday night so i went to that. all his friends were rugby players and had some pretty interesting party routines which were pretty histarical and the party was actually pretty intertaining there were probablly about 6 ot 7 girls there and right when i got there i talked to one of them for like 10 minutes and it didnt go anywhere and later i talked to another for about 10 minutes as well but i thaught she was there with a guy so i didnt progress with it. after the party fizzled out me and my friend went to that after hours club again. there wasnt a whole lot of hot girls there but we did dance with these two girls for a bit but after that not a whole lot really happend. while he was dancing with one of the girls i walked the room and saw a group of people together with one of the girls kinda excluded so i approached her and talked for a bit things were going good. she had a protective friend with her though saying that she was getting married soon or somthing like that so i was trying to win her over so i could talk to the girl without interuptions but they left about 30 minutes after i started talking to them. the one girl i was interested in seemed like she was into me and if i had more time with her i think it would have proven some results, but i was able to get a picture with her.
today i went out to try some day game, i was initially just going to go out for a couple hours then go play poker but i didnt really want to be at the casino after midnight and i wanted to put more than 5 hours in at the table so i just made the day for running game, which turned out pretty sad. it seemed like there was a lot of people out, unfortunitley there werent that many hot girls that were approachable. i went to several busy stores and it was all the same which is the main thing i dislike about day game is having to go out and find the hot girls. i only found one spot to apprach a girl after 6 hours and it turned out she was married...fun. im debating wether or not to go out tomorrow for round 2 since monday is pretty slow at the poker room so we'll see

poker poker poker. oh how frustrating you can be at times. so i think the last time i posted i said i was either up lik 250 or down 250. i cant remember anyway i was able to have a decent day at the tables a couple days ago winning 1000 and i was sitting at like +750 for the month and then yesterday happend *wipes tears away* i lost like 600 within the first couple hours of playing and i was like great going to be a day where im fight to try and break even and then this hand happend.

so yeah i check the flop cause i pretty much just put them on pairs if there going to call my big 3 bet like that so i didnt want to make them fold right away and i wanted to disguise my hand, on the turn i bet 100 so that i wouldnt bet them off there pair, the river i actually tanked for a while cause i was trying to think of an amount jacks or queens would call, and if he had a set of 10s then we were getting it in anyway so i settled on the number 180, when he shoves i snap call and didnt even think about the flush and that set me down 1100 for the night so now im down 400$ for the month which isnt a big deal just a whole lot of break even happening. hopefully this is me "running bad" because if it is than when i run good i should be able to make some decent cash, time will tell though. i do feel like im running poorley, not totally horrible but i know im not running good so im just waiting for it to turn around. when i was playing in vegas it seemed like the swings would last on average between 15-25 days and my last session was number 14 so i think some fireworks will happen soon either for the good or bad. so i guess ill report back next week or if somthing dramatic happens ill be sure to fill it in. untill next time stay tuned cosmonauts

settled in back on the grind

ok so its been a couple weeks since i did a post but ive been really busy getting my apartment set up and i didnt get internet set up untill yesterday. a bit has gone on since ive moved to washington so ill recap it by starting with life, girls, then poker.

so life has been going pretty smooth it seems like after getting here it took about 5 or 6 days to find the apartment that i wanted and its about 10 minutes away from the only casino that spreads a 3/5 nl game with a full buyin of 500. well its not true nl. they have a state law in washington saying that the max you can only bet is 500 at a time so they call it "spread limit" meaning you can bet anywhere from 5-500. so it kinda limits your play if your super deep but i havnt seen any instances yet but more on that later. so after finding my apartment i moved in a couple days later and it took me a few hours to do that and then got everything setup. a couple days ago i baught i new black leather couch that ill pick up next week and then im going to by a new flat screen tv and things will be all put together in my place. i also started working out again last week and i think ill keep a routine of 4-5 days a week. i went and talked to my real job a few days ago as well and it looks really slow there so theres a possibility i might be playing poker for the whole winter but if things were to start getting busy there i think it will be in a few months so i should be able to put in some poker time. other than that things have been going smooth so far. in the life section.

so my dating life has been up and down. when i first got here i met two girls during the day and i went on a date with both of them. one date went really good but i just didnt have the attraction for her like i thaught. the next date went alright but it turned out the girl was pretty conservative and i think it would take a lot of commitment to get into her pants and thats no bueno. i went to a night club in seattle which was fun it was a little small but it was cool i talked to a lot of girls in there and one of the sets went really good and it could have went even better if i would have made a couple of key moves but i learned from my mistakes after going home empty handed. i met this kid online at a pick up artist forum and we met up in real life he was only 19 but he still wanted to run game so i guess theres this club that they let 18 and up in from 2am-4am so we went to that hes a pretty cool kid and has got some game his self i met a girl in there and talked and danced for a while i got her number but im not going to call her cause her english was a little off and it was hard to communicate with her. its kind of a turn off whenever im trying to create attraction or say somthing that has meaning and they dont understand what im saying so i guess i just got the number for practice. after that my game fell off i didnt do any approaches for like a week and thats all it took for me to not feel comftorable doing them again. once i started playing poker as well my focused switched like 75% poker and 25% girls. im planing on trying to do more approaches during the day though and really trying to find a fuck buddy but its only going to happen if i put in the time. so thats how my pick up has been going so far.


now poker, so i started playing poker about 11 days ago and since then i have had a bit of swings getting back into the game. the first 2 days i won a total of 1500 and was like alright thats the way to return to the game then the next 3 days lost my ass for a total of almost 2800 then had a really hot day and i took home 2000, that day i had 3k sitting in front of me at my peak but like the last hour i lost 500 so i got up and left then over the last 4 days or so i was able to come out a little ahead. right now im sitting like 350 up. so pretty much break even. i think its a total of like 2500 hands or close to it yippppeeeee. so after about 10 days of playing and getting back into the grove of things i felt like i had a leak when it came to bluffing. not like the little stabs or c-bets or the small bluffs like that but the big tripple barrells for 50-80bbs to me it seems like i was winning half of them and getting called the other half. just a rough estimate. so i did a little studying and went over the type of players im playing and decided to cut that play down a lot. theres a couple of key reasons i decided to. so the player quality at the casino that i play at isnt all that great id say that 20% are actuall winning regulars, 50% losing regulars or breaking even and then the rest are just randoms. another thing is the player callibur. the winning regulars are ok and ocassionally ill run into one that will put me to the test here or there but theres not that many. so after playing in vegas i was able to compare the two. if there was a level inbetween 1/2nl and 2/5nl in vegas than thats where these players would be scaled at. they seem a little better than the average 1/2 player but not better than the vegas 2/5. that being said when i started playing full time in the winter last year grinding 1/2 i remember getting frustrated with my big bluffs as well and i remember at one point just not bluffing at all. i dont totally rmember what my ultimate stratagey was for bluffing big at those stakes but i know it wasnt with a frequent amount. thats how i feel playing at these tables, theres just not enough thinking players to be able to run those deep thaught bluffs to make it profitable. although whenever im in a spot against a player i believe can think deeply i note it and allow myself to run those big bluffs on them. so thats the only real trouble ive had so far, still kinda getting back into the swing of things after not playing for 6 months. like i said im pretty much break even as of now, i dont feel like im running super horrible but i dont feel like im running good either so im just waiting for the big upswing. i kinda gave myself a rough estimate on how much i should be able to win in a 6 month period. i decided that 15k-25k is an appropriate amount. with 15k being the amount where i have ran a little bad or didnt put in that many hours and 25k being the amount where i ran hot and put in a lot of work. i decided i should be able to make about 3k a month on average except for this month. due to me moving and the holidays coming up and me getting use to poker again. ill be happy with taking home 1500 this month. so we'll see how things go. im keeping track of all my sessions so at the end of the months ill make my own little month graph to put up. so thats it for now untill next time cosmonauts stay tuned

hawaii recap part 2

before i finish the hawaii recap i have to catch up with the current things that have been happening so far. so after i got back from hawaii on the 22nd i cleaned my apartment and packed everything i needed to. i pretty much just hung out with friends till thanksgiving. i went to my moms for thanksgiving which turned out well and spent then night at her place. after i got back i droped my apartment keys off and officially moved out of my apartment. after that i went to my friends place for the night and then in the early morning on the 26th i flew into seattle. after landing in seattle i got a taxi to where my truck was supposed to be. since it was a weeknd i had to call the place to have somone get my truck which cost an extra 80$ but oh well so after i got my truck i headed to this cheap motel that i was told about from a co-worker and got a room for a week. the room actually isnt bad for a motel and ive been looking for apartments in a town about 20 miles away from seattle. ive found a few places that im really interested in and ill call them on monday to try and see if they got any apartments available. the reason im going to be living about 20 miles away is because its about 5 miles away from one of the main casinos in washington that spreads 2/5. seeing how i got here on saturday and i stoped looking for apartments after it got dark i was pretty much just hanging out at the motel and then i thaught about going out since i was really close to downtown seattle and the nightlife i ended up driving out to where a few of the clubs and pubs were to check them out but i had a couple complications. i had no idea where to park and didnt know the details with parking on the street because certain spots had limits and i didnt want my truck to get towed. also i didnt know the dress code of the clubs and i was on like 3 hours of sleep so i decided to just hangout for the night and ill plan on hitting the nightlife soon. so thats what has happened since ive been back from hawaii and now ill get back to the recap

so i left off last time where i totally missed an opportunity to get laid in hawaii i got back to my hotel and passed out. fast foreward through my sleep coma of about 7 hours and my mom is waking me up. we had arrangements to go on a submarine that day in a couple hours. it was thursday and i got up and realized for some crazy reason that i felt like shit (what ever could have caused that) we got ready in like 30 minutes and headed to a trolly stop to get picked up. after arriving at the spot where we board a boat to take us out to the submarine i realized just how hungover i really was. (although i have been way worse before) so we board the boat and start to head a couple miles off shore to dock the submarine. to make things even better the water was starting to get choppy. i found out a couple years earlier that i get sea sick in rough water. im fine when the boat is moving foreward but if it stops and starts to roll in the waves im pretty much a dead man. anyway on the way out there i could just tell things could get bad and i started to get a little feeling through my body. i was starting to get sick. the boat stopped to board the submarine and started to roll..uh oh... i was actually able to hold my composer for 10 minutes while we boarded the submarine once we were on the sub and it went down about 10 feet we wernt effected by the waves and i was able to recollect myself a bit. the sub ride was actually pretty awesome and got to see a lot of cool things and the deepest we went was about 103 feet.
after the submarine we had to get back on the boat to go back ashore and the whole sickness overwelmed me again i was able to keep it down till we got to shore. as soon as we got back i walked about 30 feet onto the beach and told my mom i was going to be there. she got me some water and went to our hotel i ended up passing out on the beach. it turns out surviving sea sickness while being hungover is pretty exhuasting. i woke up like 3 hours later with a little bit of sun burn and had a little bit of an apetite. i was feeling a bit better so i went and got some food and headed back to the hotel. after i got back we stayed at the hotel for a few hours before we went out for a nice dinner at the top of a building in a revolving restraunt called top of wikiki which was nice. i was feeling better and really considered going out for round 2 that night but decided to just take it easy.


on friday we had to check out at noon and so after that we did a little shopping hung out at the beach and then headed for the airport. so me and my mom split up at the airport since i was going to maui to see my buddy and she was going back home. the plane ride to maui was interesting, i ended up sitting next to a girl who was pretty average looking nothing too hot about her but i decided to strike up a conversation anyway. the plane ride was only like 30 minutes and we talked for most of it. i ended up getting her number even though i had no intentions with her. so my friend picked me up with his room mate wich turned out to be a girl. i think she was in her early 30's and she looked cute for a 30 year old. they already had plans for the night so after i dropped my stuff off we went out for the night. i found out she was recently single and so i decided to run game on her. i ened up talking to a bit of girls that night but put more focus on her we all had a good time after we got back to their place i decided to try and create a little more of a connection and talked to her a bit more. after talking a bit i realized it wasnt really worth chasing after her. again there was complications. the main one being that she just split up with her bf 2 days before who happend to be my friends really good friend. another one was that she had a lot of emotional baggage that i didnt want to deal with so i was like yeahhhh i can do without creating drama and deverted from the plan.

on saturday me and my friend didnt do to much . we did a bit of walking and got some food. we hung out at the beach for like an hour then we got some more food and i think that was pretty much it for saturday haha. it was pretty uneventful but i really didnt go to maui for much i pretty much just wanted to hang out and see how things go.

sunday turned out fun. we didnt do much for most of the day but later that night a couple of his friends were on the island as well who were from alaska and had got married there. they called him up and told him about a sublime concert that was going to happen at like 4 so we all got together for that. we took the bus to the concert place and got our tickets. there were 4 bands that played with the last one being sublime. the first one wasnt all that good the second band was ok but the 3rd band was pretty good they were a local band who just got done doing a 6 week tour so i guess there starting to get bigger but they were pretty cool i think they were called iration. i could see myself downloading their music. then sublime came on to finish the concert which made the concert pretty fun. the only problem was that i was suffering through the whole thing. you see the concert place was near maui state university so there were a lot of college people there. id have to say the guy to girl ratio was 50/50 and out of the girls 80% were hot. which was super sick. for some god awful reason it was hard for me to even think of talking to any girls. i have no idea why. i dont know if it was because i was with my friend who wasnt really into the concert or if it was like hottie overload or what but i could not work up any motivation to talk to girls which really killed me and left me hating myself for the night. to make things even better the bus lines wernt running that late at night and my friends only suggestion was to hitch hike about 15 miles back to his place and we began to walk... so to say the least i wasnt really in the best of mood. well we walked like a mile to mcdonalds got some food and he called his roommate to pick us up and we were back at his place like 30 minutes later. we pretty much just hung out for the rest of the night

so monday was pretty short cause my plane left at 4, me and my friend hung out and just chilled for a few hours and they took me to the airport around 2 and that pretty much caps my hawaii trip. to recap the whole thing it i had a pretty awesome time and im really glad with how everything turned out and all the fun times and stories that came from the trip

so now im hopping i can move into an apartment within the week and start hitting the felt again. its been too long it really has. when i start to play again ill be putting in the effort to dedicate study time as well not only for poker but picking up females as well so ill be juggling both activities which both take up a lot of time and dedication but im looking foreward to the fun. so untill the next time stayed tuned cosmonauts

hawaii trip recap part 1

so i am now back in alaska and have a lot of interesting and exciting things to say about my hawaii trip. that being said i will warn you that this post will most likely be pretty long, but will also be filled with some juicy details, so here goes. (p.s. wednesday probablly had the most excitment in it)

ill start with the plane ride. me and my mom had a straight flight to oahu wich was about 6.5 hours and wasnt too bad. after we got to the airport and got our lugage we got a taxi to our hotel. on a side note if anyone is going to oahu soon. find a different way to the hotel rather than a taxi i costed me almost 45$ to go about 5 miles which was aweeesome subtract the some. anyways, we got to our hotel put away our lugage and went out for food for the night. it was monday night and about 85 degrees pretty much the whole time we were there. so after we ate i think we walked around a little bit before we went back to the hotel to crash for the night.


on monday we decided to just do the whole beach thing so we spent probablly 4-6 hours at the beach doing whatever which was fun. after that we got some food and my mom went back to the hotel for a couple hours while i decided to try a little beach game. trying to pick up girls at the beach is a pretty interesting i thaught. its almost like a mix of day game and night game. on one hand your talking to a girl half naked in a revealing bathing suit so she obviously knows your not talking to her cause you want to know what kind of shampoo she uses. on the other hand its still during the day so its tricky to try and pull of a interaction that will keep her interested and not just some guy she met at the beach. that being said if you have a decent wingman i think a lot of damage can be done at the beach. sadly i had no wingman so i was in it alone. it was a little awkward approaching the first girl i talked to because it was somthing i have never done before but i overcame the nerves after i saw a girl sitting by herself at the end of the beach stretch, we talked for probablly 20 minutes. she was austrailan but just average looking so i didnt try and get her number. i think i walked the beach the other direction after that but couldnt really see any girls by there selfs. that night i believe me and my mom went out to eat at a bar/grill and after that she called it a night. i on the other hand wanted to see the nightlife so i went to a different bar/grill where they had some live music. it was a monday and wasnt super busy. i sat at the bar and about 10 minutes later 2 guys that i was sitting next to started to tlak to me. turns out they were in the navy. one guy seemed pretty cool and the other was a little wierd/drunk but they were decent guys. the whole time they were talking to me though they were basically trying to recruit me haha. they even said they thaught i had what it would take to be a navy seal. hmm imagine that. i left that place after the band stopped playing to see if anything else was going on but since it was a monday nothing much was. so i went back to the hotel to crash.

tuesday we had plans to go to pearl harbor and do the whole tour thing which was pretty cool. we took a double decker bus there which kinda toured you around the city before getting to pearl harbor. the exhibit its self was unique with a lot of history behind it and what not. im not a big nut on war history so it wasnt anything super intersting to me but someone who is could probablly spend all day at that place. so after we got done with that we headed back to the hotel where my mom decided to take a break for a couple hours. giving me another chance for some more beach time. so i started walking the beach and i saw a 2 set (2 girls). now to go off on a side note. approaching a 2 set is probablly the hardest thing to do without a wingman. the reason being becuase one of the girls will usually be left out because you eventually have to pick a target. you cant ever really isolate one of the girls to build any comfort to set up for somthing later without her feeling like shes ditching her friend which girls will never do. so the importance of a good wingman can be vital when approaching a 2 set. that being said id rather approach a 2set than not approach at all so i did. it turns out they were college students going to college there in hawaii. one of the girls had a huge rack on her and it was sooo hard to not stare im sure i got caught a couple times haha. after about a 20 minute convo i excused myself and went looking for a better scenario. i ended up stubling across a verry attractive blonde. i would have to say she was a 9, up to that point there wasnt many super hot females i had hit on usually just ranging from 7-8. the fact that she had an ass that was about to swallow her bikini was a good attribute as well. it turned out she was american but just got done living in austraila as an exchanged student or somthing like that. we talked for a while and i was able to get her number. i felt the conversation was decent but i just felt like she might be a little flaky she said she had friends there but she didnt specify if they were guys or girls so i dont know the whole story. i texted her a few hours later and didnt get a reply. she did reply to my text the next day but ill talk about that next. so after that i went back to the hotel and me and my mom got some dinner that night i didnt do much cause we had to be up a little early to do a couple activities

wednesday turned out to be pretty entertaining and had a bit of spice to it. we had arrangements to go pairasailing and jet skiing. my mom was crazy scared to go pair asailing as you can tell by her facial expression lol
i on the other hand thaught it was awesome. it was pretty cool being 400 feet up with hawaii as your view. after that we went jet skiing wich was also a lot of fun. we shared a jet ski and basically took turns seeing if we could throw each other off of it. i think we both flew off like 3 times each. so those two activities took a bit of energy out of us and we both went and got food right after we were done.
i ended up texting the girl whose number i got the day before again to see if i could set up some plans. she texted me back this time but told me she was busy which was pretty much a polite decline. it also told me a little bit about my game and i realized i need to be able to create a bit more comfort when im in the set to reduce the amount of flakes so thats somthing im working on. anyways after we got done eating my mom wanted to take a breather and went back to the hotel which gave me another chance at some beach game. i ended up finding a girl by herslef down at the end of the beach agian. it turned out that she was a local, and a bartender. i hate it when you find out they are bartenders cause they are so acutomed to guys you almost cant get anywhere. anyways i felt that since she was a local she wouldnt really be interested in a tourist but she turned out to be pretty cool and we talked for like 45 minutes or so. i kinda hinted towards setting somthing up in the future but wasnt really direct with it which i should have been so yeah no number for me. i started to walk back to my hotel when i walked infront of this resturaunt with two hostests standing out front. i walk past and one of them says "your looking kinda good right now" i look back and smile. then turn around and went back to talk to them. i talked to them for like 5 minutes before they started getting customers. with no real attraction or comfort built up i tried to ask one of the girls for her numbers and said she wouldnt give it out because it was unprofessional which is true, to make things even more interesting as i was talking to the two girls, the local girl from the beach came walking by and totally saw me trying to hit on these gilrs lol. she walked by giving me the hang loose sign and i gave her a high five when she walked past. right after that happend i was like uhhhhmm yeahh so i was like stuck on both situations haha thinking back i should have went and talked to the local chick again but oh well. after i got to my hotel i think we went out for dinner and then my mom called it a night. tonight for me was full of possibilities. there were a couple of places i wanted to check out. i went out around 9 and had a couple drinks at a couple places but the one place i really wanted to check out was a place called senor frogs which was supposed to be busy pretty much everynight around 11. so once 11 rolled around i went there and it turned out to be a pretty poppin place with a lot of cute females. the only problem was i was starting to get a little drunk, and gaming while you are drunk usually doesnt prove results although tonights ending was a little different. so i dont remember how many girls i talked to but i do remember they were all pretty much hot i did a bit of dancing and just had a really good time. i went up to the bar to get another drink and i said hi to a girl that i thaught i talked to earlier that night and she was like WERE GOING SKINNY DIPPING WANNA GO... no thanks. jk i was like YEAHHHHH lets do this. i had no idea what the hell was going down besides that we were supposed to go skinny dipping. so we get out of the bar and it was a group of 3 girls and 4 guys me being one of them. what made it even more interesting was everyone was from anchorage alaska except for one guy whcih was a crazy coincidence. so one of the guys was there got married to one of the girls so they were together. which left 2 other girls and 3 guys yeah doesnt add up. we get to the beach and we strip down and run into the ocean. the married couple go off and do there thing one of the guys ended up laying on the beach by himslef which worked out and left me and another guy and the two remaining girls to ourselfs. one of the girls went with the outher guy and did whatever which left me alone with the girl. it was a unique experience ill tell you that much. there we were naked in the ocean trying to get to know each other haha. now i had two main issues one i was drunk at this point. my sentences were starting to not go together so well and i wasnt too clear im sure. another obstacle was swimming at night in the ocean turned my penis into an enlarged clitoris pretty much. so besides those two things i was able to bring her in close and we talked about a couple things and i thaught if i played it right things might turn out well later. after taht we all run out of the ocean and put on our clothes and head to where our hotels were. we got to the point where it was time to split up to go to our hotels, obviously the married couple were going together, the guy and the girl that were in the water ended up going together which left me the girl i was talking to and the last guy. well it turns out that the last guy was the guy who got marrieds friend and he basically got assigned to her because they knew each other. FUCK. i ended up walking with the married couple for a little bit because their hotel was near mine and eventually split from them. after i got in to the hotel i took a shower and recapped what the hell just happend. i basically summed it up to one thing. if i wasnt drunk i would have been able to take control of the situation. had i known that was going to take place i wouldnt have drank that much but i didnt. i was so close to getting laid in hawaii but atleast it was a fun experience

so this post is getting a bit long so instead of making it reallllly long ill just make my next post a part 2 to the story and continue from there

enroute to hawaii

alright so this week has been interesting, and so far probablly the funnest as far as gaming goes. so to start off i think i only did like 4 day game approaches. and one really turned out interesting so heres the story behind it. i went to the mall ( this time to actually buy somthing) when i went up to the food court i saw this cute girl standing at the top of the escalators so i opened her and started to create a conversation i probablly only talked to her for like 3 minutes and she said she was waiting for her sister and about a minute later her sister showed up. i told her i wanted to get to know her and i took her number. it was probablly the fastest number close ive done so far she was a little young though only 18 and since it was such a fast number close i didnt expect a results from her. anyways i text her a few messages and i guess hse gave me her sisters number. after a couple more messages she ends up texting me with her real number and said i was freaking her sister out AWESOMMMMEEE anyways i gues that created like big drama for her cause her sister got on her case for giving out her number or somthing like that. i dont know but it was pretty amusing to me. what was interesting to me was how interested the girl actually was into me. ill get back to that a little later. so i think i number closed another girl but i actually cant remember where or when haha.

as far as the night game goes i went out thursday-saturday. thursday was actually my birthday, i didnt do anything super special during the day except my mom taking me out for lunch. but that night i went out with my friend and a couple other guys. it was my friends birthday the next day so he was kinda celebrating it at midnight. the interesting thing is that my friend is working on the set of a movie that is being filmed up her. its actually a big film and it has 50 cent, nicholas cage and a couple other major actors that i cant remember hahaha. but yeah so we met at a bar and a little later the prop director and his assistant showed up and we all hung out and drank a little bit so it was interesting meeting a guy who works on major films and they turned out to be pretty cool guys. anyways we ended up going to a few bars but since it was a thrusday nothing was really poppin and there wasnt really anything super exciting to report. friday turned out to be really fun i ended up going out to the club by myslef and ended up talking to a lot of females, the farthest i got was dancing with 2 girls and just talking with a lot of them. so i guess it was a mini success but i didnt get laid so it wasnt a total success. saturday was a bit of the same but i did open a 5 set (group of 5 girls) and one of the girls tried to make out with me as a point to show her friend somthing, but it came as such a shock i was like wtf and didnt follow through with it. i did get a pic with one of the girls-
she was a little thick and not really hot or anything but ehhh just brushing up my social status in the club i guess. that night i ended up dancing with 2 chicks i talked to earlier that night, both of which had some nice tits but since there was only 2 of them it was almost impossible to get any farther than that. i really does suck opening a 2 set cause you cant really get anywhere without a wingman but i still do it just to talk to the girls. but yeah thats how the nightlife went.

so that chick whos number i got earlier the week had been texting me the whole week. it kinda sucks though cause she was busy and i was busy and im going to hawaii on sunday so theres like no time to create anything with her, kinda sucks cause i could tell she was pretty interested in me and i couldve got some solid results from this girl if i would have had more time. oh well seattle will be so much better. also as you can probablly see i eneded up putting 3 stripes in my head. i know a girl that works at a hair salon and wanted it done so yeah. i like it but i think if i get it done again i might get it like a teal color instead of red. so im going to be flying to hawaii tomorrow and ill be there for 10 days. i dont plan on having my computer there so it will be a little bit untill i do another post. i will actually try and run game there so im sure ill have some stories for when i get back. other than that im a little tired right now and cant think of anything else so untill next time cosmonauts stay tuned and be prepared for some good stuff

raising the level

alright peeps this weeknd was pretty entertaining and so far for being done with work things have been going pretty well. so ill start off with saying that my week during the day was a little boring i did go out and try and run day game but hardly found any situations where there were girls to approach. it seems the more i do day game the more im starting to not like it. the main reason is because you actually have to go out and find the girls rather than being in a club and the hot girls just show up. but yeah so the day game has been pretty lame but maybe it will change this week. this weeknd is what i really wanted to talk about and is where most of the excitment comes in.

so i went out downtown thursday night to where all the bars and clubs are. it was my first time ever going out on a thursday and it basically lived up to my expectations. it wasnt super popping anywhere. i first went to this club that looked like things were happening. when i got in i realized they were doing a beer pong tournament and ended up seeing a couple guys i went to school with so i talked to them for a while i talked to a couple girls just casually though so nothing really sparked. i ended up leaving that place after a while and headed to one of the more popular bars downtown and it was realitively busy. i ended up talking to 3 sets all had 2 girls in them. 2 of the sets didnt really go anywhere and the convo stopped shortly after starting but one of the sets was going decent and one of the girls seemed a little interested so i felt like i could work a little magic. in the middle of the "attraction phase" she cuts me off and says see that guy right there he rapped my friend... great, so that killed the mood and any positive feelings i had building with her. i ended up leaving that bar after like an hour of getting there. i walked downtown a bit to see if any other places had anything going but it was all pretty slow so i headed home.

so now friday came around and i was pretty pumped cause the clubs were going to be packed and full of fertile female just waiting to sweep me off there feet and drive off into the night.... sorry i went into fairy tell mode there. anyways it was about 8pm and my friend texts me saying he wanted to do somthing that night i was like cool whats up. he said he wanted to go bowling and then check out this bar near the college campus that was supposed to be a hot spot. it was a little different than what i had planned but the college bar sounded like it might prove profitable. i got to his place at like 10 and him and 3 of his friends were there so after short introductions we headed to the bowling alley. it turned out to be pretty fun and entertaining and we were next to a group of young hot girls so it was even better. at one point i was grabbing a ball while one of the hot girls was and hit on her. about 3 minutes later they all left.. ahahhah i think they were just done bowling for the night. thats the excuse im going to use anyway. so afterwards we headed to the college bar which did not exceed expectations it wasnt even packed for a friday night and they had kareokee going. i havnt been around kareokee that much so that part was entertaining but the female selection was horrible and there wasnt anyone i wanted to approach. later that night a couple older girls came up behind me to order drinks, one of them was relatively good looking for a girl in her 30s so i was like why the hell not *turn around* " you guys arnt trying to jump me are you" and the conversation took off from there. unfortunately she had a grenade friend. in order to get in good with the "target" you have to get the grenade to be comftorable with you. so i tried to create casual talk to the grenade while teasing the target to creat attraction. the problem was the grenade was starting to get a little more "friendlier" with me. shit shit shity shit. i switched my focus to the target and started to run my "game" on her ahhaha
later in the convo one of there friends comes up. she was a bit younger and cute i was like ok here we go. she wanted to leave though but they wanted to take a smoke break and stepped outside. one of the other guys i was with was in the conversation as well and he stepped out with them to smoke. he came back in about 10 min. later saying they left. he also sayed that the two girls wanted us to go back to their house for drinks but the fucking grenade did what she does best and blew that fucking shit to hell and basically ruined the situation. well thats what i got from his dicription anyways. so i guess i didnt build enough comfort with the grenade.

so i saved the best for last of course, saturday. ill just jump straight into the nightlife. so theres like 4 or 5 major night clubs in alaska and when i say major i mean big for alaskas standards. anyway i have a favorite that i like to go to and decided to stay at that club for the night. i think i got there a little early but it was snowing like a bitch outside and didnt want to show up late and wait in line for 20 min. i got there and ordered a drink and saw two girls to my left so i started a convo it was more of a convo to create "social proof". another pick up artist technique. i ended up getting a pic with them just for the hell of it.
i also believe i came to an abrupt break through that night. especially with what was about to happen. i now believe that girls dressed attractively like wearing short dresses and skirts and all that are more open to getting physical, versus a girl in casual clothes. sounds simple but usefull. strangely enough 2 of the guys that i went bowline with showed up at that club so it was cool getting to know them a little better and actually had some people to talk to there. i talked to a few more girls before i stumbled across her-
she might not look as hot as she did in person (best excuse i used yet) but she was in a sexy dress and had nice body. so yeah she was in a group of like 4or 5 and they were all getting drinks so i went up to her and started talking to her, after her friends got their drinks they kinda said hi and then walked away. i was like wow they didnt even try to pull her away cool. so i talked to her for like 5 minutes before she went to find her friends or somthing like that. about 15 minutes later i saw her walking by and threw a straw at her to get her attention. hahahha thats the ultimate pick up technique right there. just throw shit at them. so she stopped and i started to talk to her again the funny thing was when i talked to her the first time for some reason she thaught i was gay. so now talking to her it was more so me trying to convince her that i wasnt as well as some other topics. also the guys i was with last night were right next to me whitnessing the whole thing hahaha. after about 10 minutes of talking i was like "here lets go ill prove to you", i grabbed her hand and headed to the dance floor where she began to prove to me she knew how to fucking dance. wow. a few minutes into dancing i swing her around and slide her hair away from her face and we began exchanging tongue techniques. she now found out i wasnt gay. we kept dancing for about 10 minutes all the while making out and getting pretty physical. after all that, we got away from the dance floor and she wanted to give me her number. things were going perfectly. after that she said she was going to find her friends and said she would find me before they left if her friends went somwhere. i shot her a text about 30 minutes later and she said she got in a fight with one of the bouncers and they all left. fuck. the worst part of it all is that she was from california and she was leaving on monday. which didnt leave anytime to create anything outside of the club. i texted her the next day to see if i could create somthing with the time she had left but it was a no go.

so thats how the weeknd went thats the better results ive had at the clubs in a while so id like to think im progressing. and from now on i believe i will be hitting on a lot more girls dressed like they want attention lol. also i might use the "im gay" routine to start the convo it might produce some results. ill have to test it out. sorry the post was long but there was a bit of details. if things keep up like this ill jsut try to keep the juicy stuff in the post. well untill next time cosmonauts. stay tuned.

100th post!!

first off id like to thank my sponsors and everyone close to me, and also my fans and followers. with out you guys i just dont believe i could have made it this far. hahaha anyways all joking aside it be my 100th post and im kinda happy about it. when i was starting this blog i intended to use it as kinda a learning tool which i have but it has also turned into a few other tools for me. i also see it as kind of a diary almost.... ok that sounds bad. a journal yeah much better. i know ill be able to look back at my posts and remember some of my better moments and also be able to laugh at some of the more not so memorable times as well. im happy with how things are going along and i can assure any readers that it is only going to get better from here and on into the new year.

so now onto life. aint shit happening yo! but yeah that pretty much somes it up this last week has been so lame. work has been going ok ive got 3 days left of the season and then ill be a free bird, but ill talk about that a little later. outside of work has just been stupid almost. i think i went out 4 times during the day to run game and i didnt see one girl that i wanted to approach. day game can be so frustrating especially in alaska. it also sucks cause i work midnight to noon so theres no time to go out at night to run night game and this whole month i have had 1 day off. i cant complain though cause if im not playing poker or chasing girls id rather be making money some how. plus 3 days left and ill be able to have some fun which is what i will talk about riiight meow!

so yeah im leaving to hawaii on the 13th but before that i plan on running some pretty solid night game. im gonna have 2 weeknds to go out before hawaii and i plan on going out probablly thursday-saturday night. the first weeknd will be pretty much devoted to running night game the second weeknd however will be different. my birthday is on the 10th wich is a thursday and to be honest i dont think i will be doing anything super exciting. my friends birthday however is the next day and we plan on going out at which time i will pretty much be celebrating my birthday as well. i would like to say i am going to go out that saturday as well but with the type of hangovers i get (zombie in acoma mode) and the events that are going to take place i doubt i will even make it out of the house. kinda sucks though cause thats the day i have to take my truck to get it shipped to seattle and im gonna be hating life but so what i just busted ass for 4.5 months. another thing im going to start doing at the clubs is getting the girls that i talk to, to take pictures with me i plan on posting them on here and then give a recap on the convo that i had with them and how things turned out. thats the plan anyway. as far as the hawaii trip goes. i plan on just getting away from reallity for those 9 days and jsut having a really fun and enjoyable time with my mom and friend. buuuuuut i do still plan on running some game there. from experience i know what the beaches of hawaii have to offer so im excited to try and run some "beach game"
if for nothing else than to just get a laugh from it. i dont plan on taking and electronics besides my phone and camera with me so when i get back ill have to recap and post pictures then. after that ill spend thanksgiving in town at which time my truck should be arriving in seattle then the next day and ill be flying down there to start a new adventure which im super stoked and cant wait for.

oh so close

well first i have to say to anyone who cares (mainly just me) that im sorry for not doing a post for last week. things have just been kind of a grind as of late and its been a bit slow in all aspects as of late. so i think in the last post i said i met a hot chick but she had fucked up teeth. i did end up calling her once and she didnt pick up so i just took that as a sign from the pickup artist gods to move on. so i did. i dont believe i had any real exciting things happen the week before this one. i might have done one other approach but i dont really remember. this week has kind of been slow as well. i only went out i think 3 times during the day and only did 2 approaches. ill talk a little later about why.

so for the approaches they were both on the same day. i first went to the mall on thrusday i believe. not surprising that it was almost like a ghost town in there. i ended up hanging out there for like an hour to see if anything would turn up. i ended up seeing this girl that was dressed kinda pretty but i wasnt really super attracted to her. i thaught ehh i might as well. so i went over to her table sat down and did an opening line she gave me a quick giggle grabbed her things and got up. hahah instant rejection. i havnt had one of those in a while so that was interesting. after that i got a smoothie and was like alright imma get out of here theres not much going on. so i headed to barnes and noble book store. ive gone there a bit but never really see any cute girls there. this time i did however. so i approached her and started a conversation, things went well. i was able to create attraction and comfort and schedule an unofficial date that we were going to plan for later so things went well. i texted her the next day to reopen her. im starting to try and learn really effective phone game. mostly through text and it went well. so things were going well and i was serioulsy about 2 or 3 messages away from setting up the date when she sent me a message saying that she wanted me to know that she was in a relationship blah blah blah. i was like damnnnn. this one would have been a success if she didnt have a bf. it seems like every time i get a number im able to get closer and closer to achieving success so id say my pursuit in becoming a pua is going well. this next week will most likely be pretty slow as well and i dont know how much i will be able to get out and heres why

so the job gets done november first. im not totally burned out but my mentallity has gone down a little bit. so ive got about a week an a half left of work and then ill be having some fun for the month. ive also got some new plans. so my mom hasnt been to hawaii and i felt like being a good son and decided to take her. so were going to hawaii on the 13th then when she flys home im going to island hop over to another island where my friend lives and stay for another 3 days. the whole trip is like 9 days then ill get back a couple days before thanksgiving and get everything ready for me to move and then i should be flying into seattle probablly around the 26th. and then hopefully find an apartment that week and move in and get settled down. so if everything goes right i should be playing poker in washington somewhere between the first and second week of december also ill still be persuing my pua lifestyle so i will combine the two. as far as my real job goes. it sounds like things are going to be a little slow for a while so ill be ready to go to work whenever but i dont think it would be right away. which is fine by me im really looking forward to putting some time in at the tables.

the one thing that interests me about seattle poker is that they dont spread anything lower than 2/5. they have spread games from like 2-100 and like 3-6 limit games but as far as the no limit action they only spread 2/5.
so after i left vegas this winter i was playing 2/5 for like the last 2 weeks and it went ok. going off of my roll that i had when i left vegas ill have 12.5k for a bankroll which should do nicely for 2/5 and ill be pretty comftorable with that. one thing that interests me are going to be the players. since seattle isnt a huge tourist destination and i doubt people fly to seattle to play poker. so all the players there will be regulars or residents i should say. it will be interesting though since all they spread is 2/5. any fish playing are forced to play that limit which is beneficial to me. at the same time i dont know how the action is there. i doubt that its anything mind blowing i mean i was living and playing 2/5 in the poker capital and did decent so i should be able to make a profit. the only thing that im kinda hesitant about is that ive been out of the action for 6 months. although i havnt been studying while i havnt been playing. i have been thinking about it a bit and certain scenarios and plays will come into my head so i think ill be ok. also when i start playing again it will be almost kinda like a job this time and im going to treat it really seriously. so im going to devote a bit of time to studying as well. i really learned a lot last winter from the training video sites. the only thing is that it was online play but i was still able to incorporate it into live play as well just with a few adjusments.... casions havnt been able to come up with an effctive HUD program so some things wont contribute from the videos haha. but yeah im interested in seeing how much i will average when i start playing full time so im excited for that. so yeah thats the legit of everything so far. once the job is over november should go by pretty fast and ill be in washington before i know it. im so ready to get out of alaska. anyways thats all for now cosmonauts. stay tuned

alright so ill put it out there right away, this week was pretty slack. at the same time there was also high peaks that took place. for the most part not much has happend this week so i think ill talk about what im planning on doing for the next few months but first ill recap the week.

so yeah monday- thursday i didnt go out chasing girls cause i either had somthing to do or some other reason... i know theres a reason somwhere. to go on a side note real quick since alaska has a lot of oil production, every year based on the economy and the profit or some kind of numbers the alaska residents get a "dividend" check and it came out on the 6th this year it was 1175$ the highest it has ever been was like 1800 but average is around 1200-1500 anyways yeah free money. so i was expecting the weeknd to produce a high amount of females at the malls with all their dividend money. on friday i went out to the mall and i eventually saw three girls i wanted to talk to. they were all standing in line at an arbys in the food court. i was like man why is arbys a chick magnet. anyways the first girl went to a table full of people so i counted her out of the equation, the next 2 girls both went and sat by their selfs i was like man this is a difficult decision haha. i went with the younger chick and from the distance she actually looked pretty hot like an 8.5 the other girl was probablly a 7.5 maybe 8. so anyways i hadnt approached any girls up to that point in like a week and i actually got a little butterflies like i used to but i powered through it. i got up to the girl and opened and when she said her first words i was like FUCK. she was hot she really was... but she had a fucked up grill i mean like her teeth were stained and yeah i didnt know i cared about somones teeth that much but hers just stood out. also to state theres this pick up artist online whos coaching peoples approaches if you send them to him and he does it over youtube so i was secretly filming the interaction as well. the conversation went really well and i actually set up a date for thursday but the image of her teeth keep popping back in my head so i dont know i might be the one who actually flakes this time. so i got back to my place to watch the video and turns out that the camera was positioned so that it was pretty much just a view of her rack haha but i guess the audio is good to listen to but ill be trying to film another interaction and i think i might put it on here as well. i also went out saturday but the mall was so packed it was crazy and i didnt see any girls by there selfs to start a convo with so i ended up leaving and today im taking another lazy day

so i ended up cutting my workout routine a little short. work got a little unstable and i didnt know how my schedule was going to be and i had already missed 4 workout days in a row so i called it quits at 12.5 weeks i was really wanting to go for 16 weeks but i just wasnt sure if a was going to be able to keep the routine since work was shifting around so yeah heres the before and afters





so i didnt do any crazy workouts. in fact all my excersises were at home excersises. the last 5 weeks of my workout though i went on a pretty much fruit and veggie diet with some sandwiches thrown in there. but for the effort i put in i think the results turned out pretty decent. i will plan on getting back into a routine when i get settled in washington

now for my future plans. so i have about 3 more weeks left of the season. and we should be done right on or around november 1st. after that im pretty much just going to take it easy probablly do a lot of day game approaches as well as go out on the weeknds and try and rack up some decent results. on the 8th of november i am taking a safety class for my job and then the 10th is my birthday but i dont know what im gonna do probablly just get drunk that weeknd haha. then i need to ship my truck on the 15th to seattle. and its supposed to take 7-10 days to get there so id be without a ride for that long. so i took advantage of the free time and told my mom that i would take her to hawaii. ive been twice so far and she hasnt ever been and it would be nice to get away for a week or so. so yeah im gonna go to hawaii for a week or a little more. also i have a friend that moved there so after my mom leaves ill probablly stay for a couple more days and fly over to the island he lives on and hang out with him. then fly back up in time for thanksgiving and then by that time my truck should be in washington and ill fly down there. when i get there i should be able to find a place within a week and i plan on living close to one of the major casinos there that spreads 2/5 only a few tribal casinos are allowed to spread 2/5 with a max bet of 500 there so i want to live near the ones that do. then after i get settled in my apartment ill go talk to the company i work for and see if they got any work for me right away. if not then ill be hitting the felt pretty much full time. even if i do start work right away ill still probablly grind after work for like 4 hours or somthing. either way poker will be back in my life and i cant wait. especially now that ill be grinding 2/5. maybe i can start showing some big profits so we'll see. i also like how things are going with me trying to become a pick up artist so im still going to try and include that in my life as well... kind of a funny picture when you think about it. a young guy like me playing poker full time and is a part time pick up artist. almost sounds like a dream. or a nightnmare. havnt decided yet. anyways thats about it for now players this next week i will probablly be able to have a couple more stories and i might just go on the date with that chick just for the experience so ill recap on that as well. so untill next time cosmonauts. stay tuned

climbing the ladder of success

i turns out this last week has been a lot of mixed results. i guess i will start with that girl whos number i got from last week. ok so i ended up texteing her and shockingly!! there was no reply. i didnt want to give up there, and wanted to see if i could use this technique i learned to be able to get them to answer my texts. so i used it and she replied so i was able to start a conversation. sadly i could tell she lost interest and the convo only lasted about 10 messages and she was out of my life forever and i cried... i cried like a 10 year old girl whenever justin bieber and saleena gomez got together... yeah intense. lol. it wasnt that bad and heres why.


so monday i had some things to do so nothing happend .tuesday i ended up going to the mall and saw this cute girl at this cafe'/ coffee hall place. so i approached her. the coversation only lasted like 5 minutes because her mom ended up passing by and she had to leave. she was 6. no jk she was 20 but before she left i told her i wanted to get to know her more and got her number. so had a little success there. that was about the same time when the first chick flaked on me so i didnt feel to bad cause i just got another one lined up. wednesday i went to this strip mall area where theres a few cafe's and stores, usually that place doesnt really produce that many results but i did find a cute girl sitting by her self in a coffee shop so i started to talk to her. wow! is pretty much all i can say. she turned out to be a pretty big crazy bitch hahaha. it was like approaching a girl at a night club whos got an attitude. it was an interesting conversation though and found out that she thaught if people were together for more than 6 months than they should be considering marriage. she had some pretty drastic views. oh yeah she said she had a boyfriend. i feel bad for the guy, theres that saying that goes "dont stick your dick in crazy" and it probablly couldnt have been put better for that girl. anyways wednesday i think i just took it easy and started to talk to the girl whos number i got. she seemed pretty receptive in the pickup even though it was a short conversation so i wasnt sure how it was going to go when i contacted her. she ended up being a little wierd though and basically ended up not wanting to try to get to know me even though we did talk for a bit. sad face :( lol she did have a different personality than mine and she even said that. but i could tell that she was a troubled girl. a hot troubled girl and those girls are the ones that are pretty fun in the bedroom, so thats why i tried to contact her in the first place. anyways thursday i think i just took it easy, friday i think i went back out to the mall but no results. and to finish the week was saturday.

so i didnt go out during the day on saturday. i hit my friend up to see if he wanted to go out during the day and night and he said sure but between the time of me getting ready and going over to his house, he ended up passing out for like 4 hours and i didnt feel like trying to do day game at like 5pm. i ended up hanging out with another friend for a few hours before me and my other friend went out on the town for the night. so to start the night it was raining. which sucked but that wasnt going to stop me. we started at this first bar which was a pretty popular spot and i did a few approaches but nothing worth while. we ended up going to another bar and hung out there for most the night. at that bar i actually did probablly about 5 approaches and a few of them went pretty well but they all had their complications. so i ended up getting a girls number at that same bar about a few weeks ago, well one of the girls i approached was her friend who i didnt even remember haha. she was like so we meet agian, i was like what? - you dont remember me sreiously. --no no! i do i do i was just kidding (but i really didnt remember haha). anyways i couldnt really talk to her or her friend she was with because a lot of the stuff i was going to say she already heard from our conversation a few weeks earlier so that was a no go. i ended up approaching another girl that was pretty cute and things were going pretty smooth and i was making groung, then her drunk grenade friend comes up behind me and is like SIT DOWN! im like what. SIT DOWN your blocking my view. i was like what view. SIT THE FUCK DOWN. jesus bitch calm down haha. i told the girl i was talking to that i was going to leave cause her friend was crazy. which obviously was the grenades motive. i dont even know why cute girls have grenade friends that they go out with. unless its like there defense so they wont get hit on for the night haha. so the last set that me and my friend approach seemed pretty receptive and i think things could have went places. especially with the girl my friend was talking to. of curse though there was another road block. the girl i was talking to had a guy friend that kept like trying to talk to her, it turns out that he liked her but she didnt type scenario, either way he was 275 pounds and he was messing up my set. i still have a lot to learn about "the game" one of wich is dealing with amog's (alpha male of the group), my friend ended up having the same problem a guy came over that was the girls friend and started talking to her and basically took the conversation away from my friend so we both basically hid road blocks. i think i hit on a couple more girls but that was the legist of the night.

me and my friend were talking and he was telling me how alaska is pretty horrible at all aspects of nightlife and female selection. ive heard it before and also thaught the same thing myself. he went to college in oregon and told me that the nightlife outside of alaska is so much better for trying to run game. which im pretty sure it is.
i hate to try and sound like im making up excuses but the bars/clubs in alaska as well as the girls. really arnt the best callibur for trying to run game. which is another reason i cant wait to get to seattle. im really interested in seeing if i get decent results in a big city. so it will be interesting in comparing the 2. im pretty sure that most of my readers are poker players since this was originally a poker blog and im sorry i havnt really had any poker material for the past 4 months or so, theres just no poker scene up here but a couple more months ill be grinding 2/5 in seattle so the blog will get back on track. also im not sure if i stated this at all in the past 3 months but ive been working out pretty consistantly, and in 3 weeks i will have finished a 16 week workout routine and i will post the picture results. not like i turned into a meat head or anything but from only doing at home excersises i think i got pretty decent results.

so this might have been my last day off for a month. we might end up working nonstop untill the end of the job so i dont know if i will be going out at night on saturdays. i will keep running day game. although i havnt got any true relsults i have got a lot of results since i first started. at first it was me trying to over come approach anxiety, after that it was keeping the conversation going, next it was trying to close them or get a number, now where im at is learning how to make them not flake on me. which mostly consists of building a lot of comfort in the original conversation which im going to try and do this next week. so its step by step into success but im eventually going to get there.. i feel it. so those are my thaughts this week and i will report back again next week. untill next time cosmonauts, stay tuned ;)

now thats a wrap

ok so this weeknd turned out to be verry entertaining, but before we can get to that i have to recap my week. even though theres not much to recap. so monday i ended up not doing anything. i think i actually had somthing i needed to do after work which didnt leave much time for anything else. tuesday - friday i went out after work to run daygame on females. unfortunitely trying to find an approachable female in anchorage alaska during the week between the time of 1:30pm and 3pm is like looking for somthing that only comes true in fairy tales haha. no to be serious though its been a reocurring problem that evertime i go out during the week i cant really find a decent looking female to talk to except once in a while but its not going to stop me from going out and trying. saturday has been very interesting and this is where the "story" starts.

ok so after working my 12 hour shift i went home and got ready for what the rest of the day would behold. i went to a friends house and me and two friends ended up going to the mall. once we arrived at the mall we went straight up to the food court and right when i got to the top of the escalators i saw 2 girls sitting at a table that we walked by, i told my friends id be back and i went and started a conversation with them. the day before that i told myself that i needed to learn how to talk to 2 females at the same time instead of just 1 and turns out it only took me a day of recap to convince myself to do it. so the conversation went pretty good i thaught and i ended up getting one of the girls number which is what i was looking for.
ill probablly end up getting ahold of her tomorow. i give this girl a 60 percent chance of talking to me and 40 percent that she might flake. just the vibe i got i guess. i will have to say though she was a verry attractive female probablly a 9, with verry large ummmmmm attributes *cough*.... so yeah hopefully she will come through cause i need some relaxation therapy. after that we strolled the mall a little bit more just to see if there was another approachable set but i wasnt super motivated since i already got a number. so after the mall we went to my friends and chilled for a while. i ended up leaving around 930ish to go play poker at the home game i ocassionally play in. the guy was advertising a 1/2nl game for 2 weeks so i was ready to play. i show up at 10pm and end up waiting for a while. there was one other guy there and we ended up playing heads up .05/.10nl while we were waiting to see if anyone else would show up. it got to 1145pm and i was exactly breaking even so i told them that was it for me and i was gonna go hit the clubs.

now for the interesting part of the story. i get ahold of a guy from work and he said that there was about 10 guys from work that were all downtown. half of the job that i am on is ending in a couple weeks and the guys working that part of the job will be done so it was kinda like a little celebration/ last hoorah type thing. so i show up talk to the guys then i see a group of girls and instantly go over and talk to them. the guys told me they were going to go somwhere else so i excused myself from the set of girls. meanwhile everyone was amazed i started a conversation with a group of females lol. after we arrived at another bar/club ,same thing just enjoyed the night and what not meanwhile i was talking to plenty of females.
and some of the guys were amazed as to how many girls i was talking to hahah. so yeah my night game approach anxiety is pretty much totally gone. i wasnt totally trying to get serious with a girl that night because i was more trying to have fun with the boys while out on the town, but i was still trying to talk to them. we end up going to a couple other clubs and i think i ended up talking to around 9 or 10 girls but pretty much just regular conversations nothing to serious. after that a few of us went seperate ways. me and 3 other guys decided to head to the "ole strip club" and now it gets really interesting.

so we get to the strip club and have our fun do our thing and whatever. 2 of the guys we were with ended up talking to these strippers and kept trying to convince them to go out to breakfast with us. in my head i was like those girls are just trying to hustle them. well it came time to leave and they ended up giving the girls their numbers! we go out to breakfast and about 15 minutes later bam one of their phone rings hahahha. yeah it was one of the strippers and they wanted to meet us at the resturaunt lol. so theyre like yeah blah blah blah they end up showing up about 15 minutes later. it was only 2 girls and 4 of us.
1 of the girls was into one of the guys i was with but the other girl was fair game and the other 2 guys didnt really have too much game so i thaught i was sitting pretty good. the only problem was that the guy who was talking to the one stripper had his friend which was one of the other guys with him. and they were both staying at the same place. i was the only one driving and so they asked them to drive them home. they abliged and we split up from there. to be honest though the strippers werent all that high quality but at the same time i would have given it 1 round... maybe 2 but no more than that defiinitely not. so i drop off the other guy i work with and head home to write the blog. ive now been up for 32 hours and have started laundry haha i hate doing laundry it takes like 5 hours. the dryers are horrible in this place.

so thats how im sitting right now. the week was kinda bleak but the weeknd was pretty fun and i got a number from running day game which was my first time so im making some progress. also it will be about 2 months from now and i should be moved into a place down in washington and if things go well i should be sitting in a poker chair at a casino unless i have work right when i get there so im realllllly looking forward to get back on the felt and also grinding 2/5 regularly. another reason im really hyped about moving to washington is the mass social oportunities seattle and washington have to offer compared to alaska. it should be pretty good selection when i start running game down there. it would be pretty sweet to be able to get like 3 or 4 girls i see on a regular basis while juggling work and poker. sounds a little hecktic but right now to me it sounds like a perfect scenario. well cosmonauts that is about it for the week. if somthing interesting happens within the week ill post another entry or if somthing interesting happens with that girl i post too. also i have yet to get a new public subscriber. come on peoples i need me some followers you get a entertaining video out of the deal if you subscribe publicly. anywhoozle shoot for the planets and youll eventually hit some stars. later guys

talk about varriance

so this week was pretty interesting compared to last week. i was actually able to learn a bit from the week and it will go into my memory. i dont want you guys to get happy thaughts just yet though because the whole week was a disaster lol, fun but epic fail. so heres the story. monday i had things i had to take care of so after work nothing really took place. tuesday i felt a little tired after work and just decided to take it easy and come home. wednesday a buddy called me after work and wanted to go out to lunch so thats what i did. then thursday came around and i was ready to go out on the prowlllll. hahaha.

anyways so i went to the mall and looked around a bit before going to the food court where i found my first unsuspecting victim.. i mean girl sitting by her self so i approached. to go on a side note i think the mall is my favorite spot to talk to females just due to the simple fact of all the stores the large food courts and its a positive atmosphere. specially being in alaska theres not a whole lot of places that a lot of people gather. so anyways the girl was probablly an 8 and she was actually really attractive. and she seemed like the perfect girl to take advantage off. i mean have a comitted realationship...*cough* so i approached her and the conversation went good, talked for probablly 20 minutes but within that time i found out she was just visiting alaksa to see her husband who was in the millitary up here with whom she has a kid with.. yeah.. but instead of just leaving when she said she had a husband i stayed and talked to her a bit mainly just to run some routines and get comftorable talking. bassically just using her for practice. she was a nice girl though and probablly would have givin me her number except for her being married and yes she did have a ring on. so after that i went into a outlet store and was looking around when a cute little sales associate commented on my drink i had and then i was like. you know this is the perfect time to try and hit on somone who is working. especially seeing how ive been wanting to try and get into that a bit. so i started talking to her and it turns out she was super bubbly and ditzy. she was also from california but had been living in alaska for like the last few years. about halfway through the conversation i just felt like there was no way i could get into this girl. like her ditzyness was just putting me off and she also had to welcome and help customers in the store so that was another obstacle in the way so eventually i just said i had to go and left. i felt good though, even though i didnt get any numbers i opened 2 girls in an hour so thursday was fun. friday i ended up going back to the mall again but this time only for a short while and pretty much went straight to the food court. i saw a girl who was wearing a pretty eye catching dress like almost princess type dress and was like wierd. so i approached her hahaha. she turned out to be russian. man i love russians. turns out she was a russian orthodox and it was her religion to dress like that so yeah whatevers clever. i talked to her for about 15 minutes and she was fun, and pretty much eating up what i was talking to her about and then bam. the "im married" line came up. look down and BAM! BANG! ring on her finger. fuck... it was kinda interesting though cause she told me that if her husband were to see her talking to me he would probablly flip out, which was her saying that we probablly should end the conversation. so that was a first. never been rejected mid conversation but it wasnt like a boot out the door just like a " sorry but yeaaah" type rejection hahah. either way i was glad i did the approach. so up to that point the last 4 girls i hit (one from last week) on 3 had been married and 1 was a dumb ditz. i felt like i was running pretty good hahahaha.

going into saturday i was feeling pretty pumped. specially after what happend last saturday my mind set was pretty positive. i did go out during the day on saturday but to a different mall but unfortunitley didnt really see to many opportunities and left with a goose egg. my friend ended up sending me a message saying that all the bars and clubs downtown were participating in a pirate pub crawl. what that entails is that you get a "treasure" map of all the places you have to get a stamp on your map turn it in at the end of the night and you have a chance to win a flight or somthing like that. thats the intentions of it anyways. the reallity of it all is everyone ends up dressing up like pirates, gets shit faced, and has a fun time. so me and my friend went and got some pirate attire for the night.
( im the one on the right) the only thing that was kinda bad about the situation was that it almost resembles halloween night except only pirate attire. theres a good and bad to it. yes theres a lot of girls dressed up like skimpy beer wenches. but just like halloween when the girls are dressed up like hot nurses and what not there attitude and gaurd are even more protective. they are there to have fun and look seductive, but their mind set is "hey just cause i dress this way, does not make me" blah blah blah weve all heard it. so that was an obstacle i was really dredding for the night. me and my friend got downtown a bit early actually cause the whole event started at like 7 and went till 3am but we got there at like 9 which was pretty damn early for the night life scene. there was actually some live music playing at one of the clubs. a couple of the bands were from the metal concert me and my friend went to last weeknd so that was fun watching it. after that i found the first set i wanted to approach. a total of 3 girls one of the girls was probablly a solid 8.5 and she was the intended target the next was a solid 7.5 but nothing super special about her but she was still an attractive girl. the last but certainly.. certainly not least was the fucking grenade or i should say bomb. basically the fat mother hen. ahhh fuck.
anyways i did the approach and opened the set and start the conversation. my friend walks up a couple minutes later and do the whole introduction thing. and shortly after that the grenade takes my friend and pulls him out of site. so i was like shiiiit takin one for the team bro. nice hahaha. the hot 8.5 was actually kind of stand offish and i think they mentioned she had a boyfriend. but the 7.5 was more opened to conversing so i converted the conversation to her and sat next to her and was running some pretty decent game on her. my friend and the grenade come back and my friend sits next to me and tells me that the grenade basically wanted us to leave and said all of them had boyfriends. BITCH YOU JUST HATIN. hahahah i told my friend i would be right behind him after i spent a few more minutes trying some new techniques i learned. after wards though i made my excuses and left. in the future i plan on learning how to deal with the downer of the group so its on my checklist of things to learn

we ended up going to more bars and i talked to a few more sets here and there and over the whole night i probablly talked to around 5 or 6 girls so that was positive. the only thing was i couldnt find a girl who wanted to actually converse. it was like every set i went to the girls were totally stand offish and i couldnt break through their barriers. it was pretty harsh and like took a hit to my game. i was like what am i doing wrong it worked so well before why not now. this that the other. in the end though somtimes you just run bad. the way night game works or even just attracting a female is that you munipulate the conversation to show how attractive you are. also doing things to get the girl comftorable and attracted to you so you can munipulate her thaughts to end up going home with you. sounds a bit extreme but its not to bad if you know what to say and do. that is only if the girls will actually be interested in talking to you. doesnt matter how good your game is, if they wont talk to you then you arnt going to be able to get anywhere. and thats pretty much how every set that i talked to saturday night went. im not totally sure but i think with it being dress up night that might of had somthing to do with it. it was a bit frustrating at the end of the night and it felt like my game was lacking big time. its just like poker though. when you go on a downswing you feel like your doing somthing wrong even if you are a proven winner. on another side note. i can dirrectly incorporate poker and being a pick up artist in so many ways. they are alike in so many ways and both have a great deal to do with physcology thats probablly why im so interested in both of them. to recap the night though it was actually pretty damn fun and im glad i did all the approaces as well as the ones during the week. so my confidence with approaching is through the roof so now its just the inner game to work on. buuuuut as you can tell in the female department the whole week was an epic fail.

OHHH! and that chick that was super into me last weeknd, yeah... she flaked hahahh guess the alcohol wore off pretty fast. i should have pulled a one nighter while i had the chance. jsut felt like i should go about it the sensible way and take her out on a date first... lesson learned, lol. so this post is actually rather long and i appologize it was just a lot to talk about. i have a couple last things i was to mention beofore closing out. first ive been noticing that im probablly getting like 25 views a week which is cool. im not trying to be a super star or anything, im glad i have readers. but on my page i only have 7 public followers. if theres any readers reading this who havnt followed me publicly then you should and if i get up to 15 followers before the end of the month ill post a video of me approaching, carrying conversation, trying to get a phone number from a girl. if you guys leave comments what you would like me to do more wether it be night game or day game, the most comments on the same choice i will post. last but not least the guy who runs the .25/.50 cent home game that i play in sometimes. i hit him up to see if he could find at least 5 other players to play 2/5nl with a min buyin of 200$ he tried but he said he doubt he could find anyone. so he tried again but this time a 1/2nl with a min buyin of 100 and says hes got some people interested. so this weeknd if the game goes i will play in that and this time i will actually count to my bankroll wether i win or lose. when i left vegas i had a total bankroll of 12,750$ and ive made like 60$ at that home game over the past 4 sessions but im not counting those since its a small amount of money. so this session coming up will go on the tally so im excited to hopefully play. well cosmonauts again i appologize for the long read and if you made it all the way through without dying i congrdulate you. dont forget to follow me publicly :) untill next time space cadets. aim for a planet and youll eventually hit some stars
