so much for that high

well ive had a kinda troublesome week. ill start with poker. actually the begining of the week went pretty good i played 3 tables of 25nl and then a table of 50nl to kinda ease into 50nl and get the feel for it again. started off good got a stack at 50nl when i flopped a set and then a had a couple other decent pots at 25nl oh and that was on monday i actually played on monday but theres a reason behind that ill get to in a minute. on the flip side i didnt play tuesday haha. wednesday wasnt really much of anything i think i lost 15$ or somthing but nothing really happend. thursday was ok i think i won like 25 or somthing i dont remember everydays amounts so i could be a little off. but i was going into the weeknd with 1225 so i was up about 110$ from when i started the week so it was going good. and i thaught it could only get better cause of the amount of fish that play on the weeknd. well i was right about the fish and i was a little off on my expectation. friday didnt go very well i think i lost a like 60$ or somthing but it was alright i still had sunday. i was actually planning on playing a couple hours after work on saturday but one of the guys i worked with invited me out for some drinks cause it was another guys birthday. seeing how things were going that week i decided i was entitled for a little me time. i was only gonna stay a couple hours and get home to put a couple hours in online but i stayed longer and came home and went to sleep. just got done with my sunday session and i feel like dying. started off playing 2 50nl tables and 2 25nl tables and things werent really going so hot. then i played a 5400fpp sat. and lost that. then i was playing 3 5onl tables and 1 25nl table and things were going bad then i played another 5400fpp sat. and i bubbled that one which was just another insult to my injuries. i was feeling pretty helpless about that time the 22nl deep stack tourney started i went pretty deep about halfway through the tourney i had a guy join the table who was a really good tourney player. i wouldnt be suprised if he wasnt a pro tourney player he was making a lot of moves i pushed him on some of his moves and won here and there and i know everyone could see he was making moves he was the chip leader at one point then got into a huge hand and was down to like 20bbs and then ran it back up to the chip leader spot. he was talented and lucky wich is a good combo but i had to deal with him for the rest of the tourney which was pretty difficult. there was like 105 entrants and money was at 18 i made it to 26th so that pretty much capped my horrible weeknd and im deciding to call it quits for the weeknd my bnakroll crippled to 867$ i started the week at 1112$ and ran it up to 1225 before the weeknd destroyed me... i feel pretty shitty. this next week im going to play all 50nl unless all the games are really hard or of course i get beat back to 25nl. there are a lot of huge differences from 25nl to 50nl ive found out. first i think that is the transition from good players to really good winning players. there are a lot of really talented players at 50nl (6max) and full ring as a matter of fact. there are a few fish though who probablly start off there cause they want to start winning big . there arnt that many tables though and its hard to find more than a couple live ones at a table and somtimes not even one little fishy at the table. the play is pretty aggressive. ive found one leak to the game so hopfully i can exploit it but if you push that leak to far itll burst on you and i found that out today i ended up getting it in pre flop with 9 10 off suit lol by by stack. some of the players arnt that different from 25nl but then there are some that are very talented and difficult to play and i would play at different tables but sometimes theres only like 20 tables going and there at like 3/4s of them solike i said i have to play with them unless the tables are so hard ill play at 25nl . on one side its good cause im playing against better players so hopefully i can gain even more insight and expeirience but on the other hand i really want to win and i dont want to move down just after taking a shot at 50nl i will if i have to though. on a side not pokertracker is off a little on there numbers sometimes they dont get your full sessions and miss a lot of info it says im down more than what i really am but its close so i guess its pretty approximate any way.

now for life outside of poker. man i was on life tilt like this whole week. first the guy i work with is still in a mood i think hes just burned out from work idk. im not taking it to heart but wish he was feeling better about work. monday i dropped my truck off at a mechanics shop to get some maintanence done to it. all of which i could have done myself but i dont feel like doing it after 12 hours of work or on my only day off on the weeknd. so i dropped it off at a place called midas. its a pretty popular oil lube shop around the u.s. i would say well i ppicked it up after work the next day payed the guy then went to my truck where my window was half down. turned the truck on and the window wouldnt roll up. i went to the guy and was like i think you guys broke my window. he came out and was like well it looks like the regulator went out and i was like ok so are you guys gonna fix it free of charge and we got into an argument he thinks that since they had nothing to do with the door it wasnt there fault for the regulator going out. they roll the window down so they dont lock the keys in the cars. which is horse shit. i mean i got what he was trying to say its the same thing if like my altanator stoped working, but what was really annoying is that why didnt it go out 12 hours before or after i took it there and they rolled it down in the first place so obviously they like leand on the window or forced somthing or somthing like that and made it go out. the guy was ignorant and i called the corparate guy and he thaught the same way the mechanic did so instead of them fixing a 50$ part and possibly keeping a customer and making him happy they lost my business forever and now anytime someone asks for a shop or somthing im going to talk bad about them. so if anyone does read this and they have a midas in there town dont go to it unless your not worried about possibly getting screwed over. it wasnt a big deal its just that the situation was really annoying it was in my head for the whole week. i played pretty aggressively this weeknd one because of the play at 50nl but also this week outside of poker might of distorted my persona. hopefully i can turn it around this next week. now that brings me to another subject. i got 2 days off next week for labor day. except the fairs in town so me and a friend are gonna go sunday and i decided to fix my window on monday myself so hopefully it wont take long ad ill still get some time in. the month is almost over and thanks to the satalites ive pretty much doubled my roll even though i had it trippled i am still thankfull to be up that much from where i was. instead of going over my play at the end of the month im going to go over it today and study a bit find my leaks cause i know i played horrible this weeknd and try to improve. but im prolly gonna do another post on the first to recap. so till then lattterrrs

good, the bad and the ugly

ok ive got so many things to talk about i dont even know if ill be able to remeber them i should have put a new post half way through the week all i can say is wow. ok ill recap the week i started the week at 435 i believe, monday i didnt play it seems like its becoming more and more frequent. then tuesday was a jump start i won 3 buy ins (75$) in 300 hands so i was like right on im getting somwhere wednesday was kinda ehh i list like half a buy in over 600 hands or so then thursday happend theres 3 hands if i can remember them right that i want to talk about one was.... man i think i forgot it its kinda fuzzy but i think the flop was 2 spades and then a 3rd spade came on the turn and i raised when the guy bet i was bluffing and then he checked to me on the river and i shoved and he had like top pair or somthing and called. he wasnt a regular that was my first mistake but i really thaught i could push him off the hand but i was proved wrong and bluffed off a whole stack the next hand i remember i had a pair of dueces floped a set and got it all in the guy had 5 2 for two pair so i was like cool stacked him looked at another table looked back and saw the pot go to him i was like wt.....f and a 5 came on the river. uuugh ok whatever. next hand i had AK mp raised guy in the cutoff 3 bets i flat and it comes 8A8 i check he bets kinda hefty amount i really put him on AQ so i shoved and he called and showed AQ, ace of spades queen of dimonds and there was 2 dimonds on the flop, the turn was a dimond and by then i knew what was coming on the river an ace!!! jk a fucking dimond runner runer dimonds bullshit ok whatever so then my thinking was kind of off and i did another horrible bluff for a whole stack against a flopped full house. thursday braught me down to like 405, i couldnt believe i lost all my hard work just like that. it actually really hurt me cause i bluffed off a stack twice theres specific times to do that move and i was horribly wrong at it and i bashed my confidence i hated myself for the next 2 days, friday was not as bad my roll got down to like 385, untill the last hand i played i sayed it was gonna be my last hand and it would be awesome if it was a session saver and it was i had 44 raised it pre a guy called flop came 7 high i bet the guy called then a 4 came ahhhhhhh holy shit!! i bet big he called the the river paired the board i shoved and the guy called with 67 pair of 7s lol that last hand put me at 410, i was like ahh maybe i can actually win a little this week. i didnt play saturday cause i wanted to maintain the sleep schedule for work and thats become more of a weekly thing too. and now i just finished up my sunday. ok so i played cash games for a few hours i think i ran the roll up to 440 or somwhere around there and then the 22nl deep stack tourney that i entered with the tourney dollars i won the earlier week with started and at the same time a 5400 fpp satalite started that i enterd a couple hours earlier started as well. i won the satalite and was like sweet another 215 tourney dollars, the deep stack tourney didnt go so hot. actually a lot of donks in that tounrey i might play it again next week but i started hot got aces like first 100 hands and then flopped a nut flush and had a guy spew like half his chips to me starting stacks were 5000 and between some other hands i had it up to 9000. the guy next to me was a totally horrible player im not just saying that but he was i sooo wish i was on his left god!! anyway nothing really happened for me i was pretty card dead the whole rest of the tourney wich was lame. but this hand stands out mp raises like 3bb i re pop it to like 8 or somthin with jj then the idiot to my left flat calls my 3 bet i actually liked that cause he was playing trash and was hoping for a decent pot. the mp player also called the flop came k high mp check i checked and idiot checked the turn was a blank check check check. i was like ok i should be good. river was a blank i bet like 2/3 the pot idiot called and mp folded the guy had k 10 of dimonds what the hell he was playing like that all tourney and he had like 200 bb the whole tounrey there was a bunch of those guys the tourney was only 90 people and i made it to like 43rd or sumthin but if i would have gotten a little rythm goin at the later stage i could have done some damage thats why i might play again next week. then i was playing cash games and threw out a question to people to see if they wanted to buy some tourney dollars i got a guy to do it and i sold him 400 tourney dollars for 380 usd.. i thaught it was fair untill i looked it up and saw that people sell tourney dollars for about 214$ for 215 tourney dollars or 99% DOHHH! oh well quick mistake but it was like losing almost a buy in so that was a mistake on my part. i played one more 5400 fpp satalite and won that won as well ive got a good rythm at those and i think i could beat those regularly if any body whos serious on stars ever reads this( lol hahaha) but if you wanna stake me id def. be a good choice at the 5400 satalites. so i have 223 tourney dollars and 889 real money. .. ...... what the hell i have 1112$ bankroll. you know im exstatic about it but at the same time i feel like i failed cause i had to resort to satalites with fpp to rebuild my bankroll. theres so many regs out there that are winning because they trade in there fpp's for the 4k prize every month for supernovas so at some extent i feel ashamed but at another its part of the only poker and thats what you do to make money. you know what would be awesome is if casinos did that they like comped you for every hour you played or somthin with your little comp card and then you could buy like ship with them or like satalites or somthin that would be pretty sweet it would be like mixing onlin with casino poker. i think it would be a hit anyway. today i ran into a very intesting hand mp open sb 3 bets and i 4 bet with qq mp folds and sb calls flop comes 10 high 2 clubs he checks i bet a little over half the pot and he insta soved now i had to be beat if he slow played aa kk or maybe if he got 1010 and hit a set why would jj do that?? even if he had AK of clubs i was behind percentage wise. A10 possibly but why would he flat a 4 bet with a10 i was getting 3-1 to call i told the table i had qq and i folded then me and a reg started talking about the hand and he began ranting how i was crazy and he would have never folded and blah blah prolly went on for like 20 minutes back and forth the guy didnt show but i asked and he sayed kk so if thats true it was a good lay down but the regular was right in one fact that he stated if i was gonna lay it down to a raise why would i bet in the first place i wasnt really thinking about a raise at the time i was thinking more so that ak might flat a 4 bet so i better bet so i dont give him a free card thats why i bet but the reg was right about me betting but wrong about me laying it down cause even though it was a 12$ call into a pot of 36 i was beat so i folded. it bothered me so much what the reg sayed that i posted it on 2+2.. i knew i was gonna be harrassed haha but it wasnt that bad one guy asked the same thing if you were gonna fold to a raise why bet which obv. points out i need to add that sort of thinking into my own stratagy and i will def. try. so besides all the tourney dollar winings i woulda ended today at 509$ thats almost 75$ for the week so im doing decent. i still think i am a wining 25nl player but i think i can improve even more. after this weeknd though i am amazed at how profitable the weeknds are ive never really payed attention to the fish before wich leads me to another topic.

table selection. i started practicing table selection pretty routinely now i can physically tell you that it will make you win and i cant physically show results vs. not table selecting but i must say that it is a very wise choice to choose the right tables and in the end it is sooo profitable. but you cant physically be like i won this amount of money cause i chose the right tables so its hard to justify but i know its a profitable practice. its easy for me to cause i only table 4 tables but 24 tablers its kinda hard cause it takes a little time to find the right ones and then sometimes people leave and the table closes and you gotta find another one but its worth it in the end if you have the time

i have a chance to play at 50nl now but im not gonna say im scared its just i got this bankroll back going and i dont want to lose it just like that if things go wrong. but i mean you can progress in stakes if you dont play higher haha. so im gonna ease into it maybe play 1 or 2 tables during the week and ease my way into it when i first switched from full ring to 6 max i started at 50 nl and kinda got crushed cause i never played 6 max befor but from what i can remeber theres still plenty of fish and also good regs so we will see how it gos i still have 45,000 fpp's left so hopefully i can turn those into well deserved dollars as well haha.

well i baught sklanskys holdem for advanced players for when i have downtime at work to read. i finished theory and practice and that was a really good book like i stated and ill re read it plenty of times. well i was expecting the same status with holdem for advanced players only one small probrem... its a fixed limt holdem book...damnit. it didnt say anywhere on the cover or anything you had to read a little into chapter one to find out the whole book is about fl damnit. well im gonna keep it on the self maybe there will be some juicy fl games i wanna get into and ill read it or maybe sometime when im bored or somthin so i went out and baught sklantskys poker, gaming, and life book. its not really a theoretical or how to book i dont think i think its just more about everything that has to do with poker gaming and life it got my interst and before i baught holdem for advanced players i was deciding to buy that or the poker gaming life one so yeah

so this post is super long if i have a lot to talk about im gonna post half way through the week but if anyone reads this and you made it to the end without clicking exit within the first 3 minutes thanks for reading and untill next time listners..haha later

breaking even???

well the week was pretty interesting i suppose. ill start with the poker side of the life. ummm for the first part of the week it was a pretty weird rollercoaster i started the week at 425 i bounced between 450-400 for the first 3 days i think then things went a little right and i was upto like 475 still had the rollercauster swings though i had it up to 505 at one point which is the first time ive been back to 500 in like 4 months haha but sadly i lost a bit and now im down to 435$ its still a 10$ gain on the week which is micro but any gain is better than none. which leads me to another subject. the way my scores have been going it seems like ive just been playing break even poker. id say since ive been back at the 25nl tables ive only played probablly 12-15k hands which is pretty small so i cant really say im break even or not but so far thats what it seems like its doing which is fine. the only problem i have with that is even break even players can loose if there on the downside of varriance that same break even player can also be a winner as well if there on the upside of varriance. so lets just hope varriance will give me a little break and ill see a little results from time to time. one thing i forgot to mention in my last post was my fpp status im playing a few 5400 fpp buy in tourneys every sunday to try and win as many tournament dollars before i quit pokerstars. last week my first one i played was a 6 max the only problem was it was a 500$ starting stack which i didnt know i just clicked really fast cause it was filling up and i was sitting at a tourney with low expectations. the next 2 i played were 10 handed and i didnt get any results. this weeknd i played 2 i made one of them so i earned another 215 tourney dollars to my account so i have 435 playing money and 215 tourney dollars and i have 55,000 fpp's left so hopefully i can win a few more. like i stated before unless i consider trading them to other players for real money which i might consider im going to play tourneys with them. i really like the 22$ buy in deep stack tourney they run i really enjoy playing deep and that tourney has the best ev for me at that level i believe. seeing how im on night shift on my days off i try and keep my sleep schedule the tourney runs at 4am my time so that will be perfect timing to play in so that works out good. hopefully i can run deep in one or two and make some dough. on another note i have a bit of spare time at work sometimes so i decided to fill that spare time with poker knowledge haha. i picked up sklantkys no- limit holdem, theory and practice. and i must say this is by far my favorite book ive baught. i probablly have about 10 or 12 books. 5 are probablly books about stories and personal playing from the authors and then the rest are about how-to's. i didnt want to pick up another "how to" poker book cause i know how to play and i have my own style now, usually those books just give you a general and basic way to play the game anyway. but theory and practice isnt a how to book its pretty much what the title suggests. it has a bunch of theories and situations that arise in poker and almost everything they talk about is backed by match and or percentages you deffinitely dont have time to do algebra for every hand you play at the table but the point that they get at is the logic in there thinking. i am deffinitley going to give this book a few more reads in the future and come back to it often. i have harringtons cash game volumes as well and when i started out in cash games i read those prolly 4 times each they are pretty much a straight foreward play style how to book but it was a good series for my beggining play but now im on to bigger and better things. 2+2 seems to be the better choices in books. im almost done with theory and practice so i picked up sklantskys holdem for advanced players or whatever the title says. im expecting the same quality read as this one.

now for life outside of the tables. work has been ok. the operator i work with has been in a bad mood as of late because things are really running how they should so hes kinda in a pissy mood lately which runs down to me i have a pretty positive attitude naturally, so things like that dont get to me really but its just a bummer working with someone whos pissy for a week or 2. so the week at work was a little daunting but i survived and then saturday night came a few guys got together after work and headed downtown... well first the strip club then downtown haha. one guy was just totally hammered and was pretty bulligerant kinda had to baby sit him for a while till he wondered off but the night was pretty fun. if i go out anymore on the weeknds i dont think im going to drink as heavily as i usually do the hangovers are starting to get to me and id rather not have them. all though i did win that 215$ tourney dollars while i was still coming off my drunkeness. but yeah im going to cool it for a while. i went home empty handed after watching the other two guys walk away with two cuties. i was talking to way to nice of girls to be interested in some things that i was thinking of haha. but what evs. still had a good time. todays monday i didnt feel like posting on sunday cause my hangover was pretty rediculous. so today i decided to post instead. i also didnt pllay any poker today cause i wanted to talk to some business folk about retirement plans. the union im in has a really good pension program but im still looking to set up a second retirement just so i can have that much more when the time comes. if any one reads this i highly suggest starting some kind of retirement if you havnt already youd be stupid not to invest just food for thaught. also i needed to do some cleaning so i took today off of poker. i have decent expectations for this week fridays and saturdays seem extra juicy at the tables but not so much on sundays but i plan on playing a bunch this weeknd unless things come up so hopefully things can turn up pretty good. thats what i expect anyways. so till next time playars

first week back at 25nl

well to start off ill recap, haha. um i finished july at 409 so starting august i was able to jump into 25nl. thats the recap haha. but yeah im back at the 25nl tables thanks to the tourney cash and so far its been decent. on monday i didnt get to play cause i had to take care of things and i was a little behind after work so i had to nix the online play for the day :( but tuesday and wednesday went decent played about 650 hands both days and went from 409 to about 465 so i was doin good till thursday hit and ended and 410, friday started off horrible i dropped to like 380 and then went up to like 435, then dropped to 400, and saturday was going good i was slowly makin profit ran it back up to 455 pretty consistant. but i was envolved in a few one of them i coulda and shoulda folded the other hand i was a statistical favorite of 65% but his hand held up. and the other hand kinda just played its self out but after losing those ones i was still able to get the roll up to 425ish. this week has been crazy with the swings more so closer to the weeknd but damn i was in for a ride, i put in 2700 hand on saturday well sunday morning and for me that was good cause of work i can usually only get about 650 or so. i dropped to 4 tables instead of 6 i was really trying to focus on how the tables and players were playing and i saw huge improvments. i was making plays and making steals like i havnt really done before. one of the things i wanted to do coming back from the week of off time was to really consentrate on the play and it was paying off even though i only ended the week a little up im very happy with my play. i actually really enjoy playing at 25nl theres enough fish at the tables to get a lot of value from but then theres still some regulars and decent players that you can make bluffs and big plays against and get away with. thats one thing about 10nl and lower is that there flooded with fish whcih you would think awesome dead money. but on the other hand it leaves you very little room to make any decent bluff plays. its like you almost have to play super snug cause theyll call you with anything almost, and that takes a bit to beat cause playing snug takes a while for results. but yeah 25nl is going good id say im a winning player at it now that im back up to it so hopefully i wont go on a downswing and ill be able to grind it out.. il talk about the hand that i shoulda got away from i bet 3bb from middle pos. button calls and both blinds call i have KK flop comes 9 4 4 two spades. i about 2/3 pot and button makes a pretty standard raise. both blinds fold i actually thaught right there about it and put him on a 4 unless he had 10 10 and wanted to test the waters for some reason. i called and the turn was a blank. i bet out for a little over half the pot and he raised again. i recently just joined the table and this was prolly my 15th hand and didnt know how the guy played i had him on about 50/50 that he had a 4 or an over pair to the board i shoved and he turned the 4 i really thaught i should have gotten away from it on the turn and i should have id say about 60% of the time i can lay it down right there but as far as how the play went i deff. should have been able to lay it down.

on another note. life outside the tables is going good. works the same which is good and i have about 12 more weeks untill the summer season is over and ill be playing a lot more then so im looking forward to that. i also played my first round of golf today well it was 9 holes so i dont know if thats a half round or what. yeah i did terrible a littl over double par lol i went to the shitties course in town cause it was my first time and the course was pretty ruff but i got a lot of enjoyment out of it and ill be playing more in the future. didnt go out this weeknd i really wanted to play a load of hands at 25nl on my day off so thats what i did. i got a couple of hours before i should be going to sleep so im gonna try and get a few more haundred hands in. till next time

qaudruple bankroll

well first off i post on sundays so today im doing my monthly review and my regular weekly review in one post. score. hahah, anyways to start off where i left off last week my bankroll was down to 100$ it was pretty horrible the last 3 buy ins i probablly spewed off but i dont think it mattered how i played but who knows. when i left off last week i sayed i had 90,000 fpp on stars and i said i was going to switch stars in november to another account so i could get rakeback and 1st time deposit bonus so i was going to use my points. well the first satelite i won a seat into the sunday million or 215 tournament dollars i always wanted to play the sunday million so i decided to play it just this one time... good thing cause i won it haha jk but i did cash for 300$ so going from 100$ to $400 bankroll really helped my slef esteem out. quadrupled my bankroll and now ill be heading into 25nl 6handed and hopefully varriance will be on my side. as far as the tournament goes it was pretty interesting. first off. the tournament has a pretty good structure 10,000 starting stack and a decent graduall blind structure the only thing i would change about it is the time at each blind level its only 15 minutes. i suppose they do that so the tournament only tkes about 11 hours but if they were to make it 30 minute blind levels that tournament would be the best in the onlince circuit i think. shit even 20 minutes would make the tournament a really good tourney. besides the time i found the tournament pretty interesting there was a little over 8000 people when i entered and money was at like 1250 or somthing like that and even when we were close to the bubble there were still relatively bad players in the feild. the type of players that would go to far with top second pair or over call on the flop i found it super intersesting anyways. as far as my tourney play i think i played pretty well there are 3 spots that i can remember that stand out more than the rest the first was like around the second blind level, maybe the third cant really remember. but middle position raised 3x, i popped it to 9 or 10x with qq in the sb, bb folded and original raiser 4 bets to like 35bb or somwhere around there we were still about 100bb deep so i guess we were on the second blind level. flop came rag rag K i checked and he led out i tanked a little and threw it away. it was either just and idiot player 4 betting cause i 3bet from the sb or the guy had a range of AK aa kk or possibly qq jj in which case i wasnt going to gsamble to see if i can win the pot that early in the tournament so i threw it away, which left me with like 65 bb. idk i guess flatting with qq is a mistake ill have to read up on it more. anyways things went my way and i was able to build my stack to like 4o,000 before this hand happend the blinds were getting up there i dont remeber what level they were at but it was gonna get hot and heavy soon, i think the oppenent was utg or utg +1 but he raised to 4x the bb and at the late stage of the tourney people were raising like 2,5, 2.75 at the max so i thaught it was wierd also like 3 hands before that i think he shoved with kj off and was able to win the pot if i remember right so everyone folded to me in the bb and i had AJ off suit i added it all together and i think i had like 13 bb or somwhere close to that so i shoved. he insta called and turned out he had AK so i guess he bet 4X to be able to get his money in. well board paired twice and really saved my ass that was one of the turning points in the tourney that i was able to stay in. after that i went on a short heater and at the end ran it up to 90,000 i was in pretty good standing there were like 75 players to the bubble and the average stack was at 65,000 so i was doin pretty good. untill this guy showed up first off the guy shows up at the table and i only see him for like 3 hands before i get in a pot with him i got AQ suited and i bet 2.5x and he 3 bets from the sb i thaught its either pop it or fold it maybe im wrong. but i popped it up and he shoved instantly. so i folded. the next i played i raised he 3 bet and i folded pretty fast then i had 1010 i raised 2.5x and he 3 bet i flatted and the flop came 9 k 3 he bet i called then another k came he put me all in this time. at this stage in the tourney there was like 15 people left till the bubble i had enough to chips to make the money but if i would have won the pot i coulda went on pretty good in the tourney the guy was pretty reckless up till then so he was either on a total bluff or he had a king and he wanted it all right there. the more i think about it the more i think he was bluffing. but in my position i had a hundred dollar bankroll and 3oo dollars sounded a lot better then maybe making the right read idk i played it real safe even though i think he was on a bluff about 75% of the time but who knows. anyways i folded and that was the turning point for my tourney i was down to like 40,000 wich was like 8 big blinds or somthin and i got it in after i cashed with kj off and the guy had Aj which held up and i was out... 300 is way better than nothing seeing how i played for free pretty much off of 5400 fpp.. kinda a long description but thats how the tourney went so now im up to 400$ bankroll and i can start grinding at 25nl. like i said in the last post i took the week off and studied my play. and wow. i new i was getting sucked out on but i didnt know it was that much i mean over the past couple of years im used to being sucked out on its part of the game it just rolls off of me but now that i looked back on it i got sucked out a lot the last part of the month. i dont use hem i just go on pokertracker and they just had like the last 12 or 14 days of my play and it was nothing but suck outs. so obviously it was varriance and not my play. i did pick up on a couple things that i can focus on but they werent really downturns to my game. im siked toget back playing and cant wait to hit the tables moday after work. i actually liked going over my play liked that so i think after every couple weeks or month or whenever i feel bad about how i played i think ill go over my play it helps a bit in the healing process lol. well like i said im gonna quit stars cause i want to get rakeback and first deposit bonus so i have an acount at full tilt but never deposited there so i think i can still get the bonus's there ill have to inquire a little more into that subject. but yea i have about 85,000 fpp's that i need to uses on the 5400 satelites so i can rack up as many tourney dollars as possible. any money i earn on stars i think ill just keep there untill i either roll it up or go broke on there but yeah im pretty much movin somwhere else. now as far as my month goes it was horrible as far as poker goes but with that cash in the sunday million i actually ended the month wayyyy up considering where my bankroll is at. now for the personal life. work has been normal pretty good same ol same ol work just the way i like it. and last weeknd i just hung out and played the sunday million. this weeknd i actually went out drinkin. a buddy of mine came in from portland from college and i decided to go out drinkin with him before he went off to india to hike for 4 months. wtf right!! well started the night off right went to a pretty hot watering hole talked to some girls and he was having a pretty in depth convo with some liberal girl wich is totally him hence then walk around india for 4 months. so i told him i was gonna take a gander at the other clubs/bars aorund the area well that was the last i saw of him we randomly texted throughout the night but never met up again. lol ssee you when you get back from india anyway bro lol. but the night turned out pretty fun wasnt able to pull any tail from the bars maybe next time but i was walking dow the side walk and ran into some guys i knew and at the same time ran into some guys i worked with. it was at a corner so we all like ran into each other so i ended up hangin out with the guys i work with for the rest of the night and somehow they ended up getting like half of the bar to chant my name while i was talking to some girls also screaming "MAXIMO" LOL goood times needless to say the girls got up and left haha i dont know whats wrong with girls these days i just dont know haha. but know im coming off my drunken stumber and i think im gonna go on poker tracker and do a little overview so gl at the tables for all the pokwr players and tune in for next time everyone else
